Thank you for exploring adoption and our program.  Our agency provides responsive, comprehensive home study and post placement services that support families with their journey of adoption.  If you have not yet chosen an international or domestic program, CHN is happy to provide you with information on reputed, established adoption programs we have long and trusted relationships with.  Like CHN, they are all non-profit licensed adoption agencies that provide ongoing humanitarian aid to improve the well being of children who will always call an orphanage home.  Along with our passion to assist families adopting children, our mutual respect and commitment to send the message of help and hope is a cornerstone of this agency's mission and our work together.

A home study is required by state, federal, and international laws to ensure a child a safe, secure, and stable home.  The staff of CHN recognizes and is sensitive to the individual needs and level of comfort that each family experiences during the adoption home study process.  With most of our staff being adoptive parents of adopted children, we hope to provide and assist you with education including local resources, support, and guidance to help your family successfully prepare for this experience.  Together with your chosen network adoption program, CHN will work cooperatively to facilitate an adoption plan that meets all program requirements.

As important, we offer post placement services that assist with the family's transition once home.  All adoption programs require post placement supervision including reports. Specific requirements including frequency are determined by the child's birth country or your domestic program CHN recognizes and respects provision of these reports can impact international and domestic adoptions for future families and children. CHN is committed to your family and adoption network program.  CHN is also available to assist with the state re-adoption process.
