Children’s Hope Network is proud to present “Singing For Hope”, a benefit concert featuring the Milwaukee Children’s Choir and our local school children. This event will take place on October 4th, 2008. We will also be having a celebration and silent auction at the Milwaukee Ale House – Grafton following the concert.

In partnership, we are again proud to support World Association for Children and Parents (WACAP) efforts to assist orphaned children of the Luoyang Children’s Welfare Institute in China. Donations will be used to create a vocational “living farm” that focuses on the agricultural training for at risk orphans who may have learning limitations. This program will focus on and teach orphans aging out of the institution how to grow vegetables and raise pigs, chickens, rabbits, sheep, and fish. For children who are not adopted and supported by a family, their future is compromised and may consist of a lifetime of menial labor and constant struggle for survival. Obtaining these life skills is critical to their success and a chance for a better and respectful future.

Please join us as we support our children in their efforts to sing and bring the message of hope to the orphans of the Luoyang Children’s Welfare Institute. We look forward to celebrating with you!!
